酒庄介绍
我们在2010年种植葡萄，2011年注册酒庄，2013年酿造了第一个年份的葡萄酒。博纳佰馥共有葡萄园6.5公顷，每年出产1万-2万瓶葡萄酒。主要的渠道为极客爱好者，以及可提供侍酒服务的餐厅。同时，我们也立志于提供有关于中国葡萄酒的专业教育，已经开展了《酒庄审美》、《对比品鉴橡木桶》、《葡萄酒工艺基础》、《生物动力法》等课程。
We started planting vines in 2010 and registered our winery in 2011, year 2013 was our first vintage. Domaine des Aromes has a total of 6.5 hectares of vineyards, producing 10,000 to 20,000 bottles of wine per year. Our target consumers are wine geeks and Michelin-starred restaurants in Shanghai. Meantime, we are also determined to provide professional wine-related courses in China. We have launched courses such as 'Winery Aesthetics', 'Appreciation of Oak Barrels, 'Fundamentals of Wine Oenology' and 'Biodynamic Method'.
